Section 1 of 1 in this document
The Treasurer’s Office has owned the Old Penrose Police Station for decades and during that time, the space has largely been underutilized. In an effort to contribute to neighborhood revitalization, we are looking to collaborate with local community organizations and residents to pursue projects to reinvest in the space. In the following slides, you will find all of the property details for your review.
Please submit all project proposals or ideas to our Special Projects Coordinator, James Sykes, at sykesj@stltreasurer.org. Note that submissions can be made for all or parts of the entire property listing. We are open to and anticipate working with a consortium of community members and organizations in reinvigorating the space.
